To Whom it May Concern:

j l am writing to give my support to the Clarification of Emergency Planning Requirements for Low Power Licensing, j

i l

As a NY resident who will be moving to tiew England in the next year, I am i

concerned about the power for this area.

New England needs more power and j

should not be left dependent on having to purchase oil from other countries.

Also, at some point there will be no oil and then where will we all be left.

1 j

Nuclear power is a reliable source of energy which New England needs.

I l

hope 1_

see Seabrook "up and running" before long.
