Page 2 of 2 The purpose of this modification is to recognize the name change of the contractor as a result of 4
the novation agreement between the U.S. Govemment, Tracor Applied Sciences, Inc., and Tractor Systems Technologies, Inc., which was executed on behalf of the U.S. Govemment by Carolyn J. Brown, Administrative Contracting Officer, Defense Contract Management Command (DCMC), San Antonio, Texas, on March 31,1998, and the modification issued by DCMC on April 13,1998, which incorporated the novation agreement. Both the novation agreement and the modification are incorporated herein by reference. Accordingly, the contract is modified as follows:
The contractor's name is changed to:
"Tracor Systems Technologies, Inc."
All other terms and conditions of the contract remain the same, j
