Enclosed are:

1.

One (1) original Application for Amendment to the above Operating Licenses to incorporate revisions to:

(1) change the surveillance frequency from monthly to refueling for Table 4.3-1 item 19, Safety Injection Input from ESF, (2) delete the BV-1 and BV-2 Turbine Driven Pump Discharge l

Pressure Low initiating signal for auxiliary feedwater from the ESF instrumentation

tables, and (3) remove the requirement to test the RHR pumps on recirculation flow.

This change was reviewed by the OSC and ORC and determined to be safe and does not involve an unreviewed safety question.

One (1) copy of documents designated Attachments A, B and C which setforth the change in Technical Specifications, the safety analysis and the no significant hazards evaluation.

A check in the amount of $150.00 is attached as payment of the l

lxcense snendment application fee in accordance with 10 CFR 170.
