On behalf of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), thank you for the invitation to participate in the 1999 Combined Federal Campaign (CFC) of the National Capital Area. My successor will chair the campaign at the NRC, and Paul E. Bird, Director, Office of Human Resources, will serve os vice chair.
