VIRGINIA ELECTRIC AND POWER COMPAN7 NORTH ANNA POWER STATION UNITS 1 AND 2 PROPOSED CHANCES TO TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS SETTLEMENT OF CLASS 1 STRUCTURES Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.90, the Virginia Electric and Power Company requests an amendment, in the form of changes to the Technical Specification, to Operating Licenses No. NPF-4 and NPF-7 for North Anna Power Station Units 1 and 2.
The proposed amendment would modify Technical Specifications Section 3.7.12, Table 3.7.5 to delete components which were replaced during the Service Water Reservoir Improvement project and to change the allowable differential l
settlement between Unit 2 Main Steam Valve House and the 4 rvice Building.
l This request has been reviewed and approved by the Station Nuclear Safety and Operating Committee and the Safety Evaluation and Control Staff.
It has been determined that this change does not present an unreviewed safety question as defined in 10 CFR 50.59 and does not involve a significant hazards consideration as defined in 10 CFR 50.92.
We have evaluated this request in accordance with the criteria of 10 CFR 170.12. The application fee of $150.00 is enclosed.
