Dear Mr. Patrick:
The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) terminated task order no. 5, in whole, for the convenience of the government effective June 7,1999, and we are initiating closeout action.
Therefore, by R.B. Kalmbach's letter dated June 29,1999, and received by facsimile on June 30,1999, the NRC issues unilateral modification number 1 to decrease the task order ceiling and obligated amount by $66,349 as follows:
