Dear Mr. Lofy:
As I advised you in my letter of March 24,1999, before closing out the subject contract, i
deobligation of unexpended funds must be accomplished. Therefore, enclosed is a list of task orders in which excess funds are being deobligated.
Acceptance of these modifications should be made by executing three copies of this document in the spaces provided below and returning two copies to Mona Seiden, Contract Specialist.
The third copy may be retained for your records.
