NRC staff review. A subsequent North Atlantic review of this letter identified an administrative i

error in Enclosure 2 on the last line of the " Description of Commitment" section referring to the 1989 Edition of the Code. This line should have referred to the 1983 Edition of the Code. This 3

error was typographical in nature and did not affect the content of Relief Request IR-8.
