By letter dated April 4,1995 (0CAN049501), Entergy Operations proposed technical specification (TS) changes to the requirements associated with the Arkansas Nuclear One -
l Unit I and Unit 2 (ANO-1 and ANO-2) control room emergency ventilation systems. This submittal was superseded by a submittal dated December 19,1996 (OCAN129603), and supplemented by a submittal dated /mgust 6,1998 (OCAN089801).
On page 7 of the attachment to our December 19,1996, submittal, a table intended as an aid to the reviewer in determining the new locations of previously specified surveillance information was provided. This table is inconsistent with the discussions of the ANO-1 surveillance requirements that are contained in the same attechment which properly characterize the new locations of this infonnation.
