(SUWA) MOTION FOR LEAVE TO REPLY TO THE APPLICANT'S AND STAFF'S RESPONSES TO SUWA'S REQUEST FOR HEARING, l
PETITION TO INTERVENE AND CONTENTIONS l
l On or about August 28,1998, the Applicant amended its license application to account for a new transportation corridor and a change in the location of the Rowley Junction intermodal transfer facility. On November 18, 1998, SUWA filed a Request for Hearing and Petition to Intervene. On l
November 19,1998, the Board issued an Order requiring that responses to l
SUWA's Petition be filed by December 1,1998. Accordingly, the Nuclear l
Regulatory Commission (NRC) Staff and the Applicant filed responses to l
SUWA's Petition on December 1,1998.
f Pursuant to Board's Memorandum and Order of February 2,1998 l
l (Memorializing Initial Prehearing Conference Directives), SUWA requests leave

to reply to the Staff's and Applicant's responses. According to the Board's Order, a reply from SUWA would be due within ten days of the date the Staff and l
