NRC INSPECTION REPORT NO.150-00042/99-02 (FORM 591)

Dear Mr. Schlomach:

This letter and the enclosed NRC Form 591 refer to the safety inspection conducted on May 11, 1999, at your facility in San Antonio, Texas. The inspection included a review of activities authorized by 10 CFR Part 150. The preliminary inspection findings were discussed with you at the conclusion of the inspection. The final inspection findings were presented to you by telephone en June 24,1999.

Based on the results of this inspection, the NRC has determined that one violation of NRC.

requirements had occurred. The violation is cited in the enclosed NRC Forrn 591.

Pursuant to the provisions of 10 CFR 2.201, you are required, within 30 days of the above date, to sign and date the NRC Form 591, indicating that appropriate corrective actions have been or will be taken to correct the violations described on the form. After printing your name, signing and dating the NRC Form 591, please remove the top copy for your files and retum the remaining copies to me at the address above.

in accordance with 10 CFR 2.700 of the NRC's " Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter, its enclosure, and your response (if any) will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
