REVISION TO SECURITY PLAN l
Attached are one original and three copies of Revision 19 to the Palisades Security Plan. This revision was initiated by a commitment in revision 16 to the Palisades Security Plan dated February 27, 1987 regarding the submittal of a false / nuisance alarm rate >'or the new intrusion detection system within 60 days after the completion of a year long evaluation.
Consumers Power Company has determined these changes do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the Security Plan and therefor submit these changes in accordance with 10CFR50.54(p).
Consumers Power Company requests the attachment to this letter be withheld from public disclosure since it contains information which is exempt from disclosure in accordance with 10CFR73.21(c).
