- Steve, I just finished reviewing the letter.
Take a look at section 4.7.2. I believe it would be more appropriate to use the following sentence than the one being circulated.
However, your application does not include procedures for reporting significant events to the NRC for inclusion into the Nuclear Material Events Database (NMED).

J think this more closely tracks what is written in section 4.7.2.2 of the handbook, 1 only had one other comment and that has to do what our office is called. I think we are called incident 6 /$
