{[cdOn'<Ni' saAsen Secretary of the Commission Atto: Docketing and Service Branch U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Washington, D'.C. 20555 Dear Sirs; Please proceed expeditiously to adopt the proposed clarification of emergency planning requirements for low power licenses to allow Seabrook Station to perform 5% testing.
Nuclear power is safe, clean, and reduces dependency on foreign sources of energy. I believe it is in the nationalinterest to license Seabrook Station as soon as possible.
Sincerely, k1 sb on 159 %+% Rd,
