No Review of Construction forms were filled out for Rock Springs Airport, figured that since Veda had filled out on he l
did not need to.
Two dates on a density sheet, should have filled out a separate Review of Construction and density sheet for each visit.
Gradations samples for Huskin that were flown in to GJ on 8/28, not done till 8/30 told Jim that data would be available but had not started tests.
AASHTO response O was off on Friday, said that he had all of his info for the response done, Gary had to complete several sections (will need to ask Gary which ones specifically)
Gave '@ a message from Kelly / Corn Construction on Thursday (day before he took time off for long weekend) regarding i
l status of Slumgullion - he must not have called because ' Gary i
and Shawna had to deal with it on Friday.
Overall casualness is infecting others.
"I don't know" and "We will get to it when we can" are not acceptable answers for our clients.
Information regarding employees should be shared you mentioned that you knew Sue was going to quit. And you kn'ew about Veda having a problem with night driving and did not tell Shawna - she could have been in en accident.
Buckhorn Geotech lab testing - told me only PIs left, told Gary had to do R-Values Blaming lost employees for not being able to complete work on time only embellishes problem, does not solve it.
We need solutions to challenges not spend all of our time with problems.
Need one lab supervisor - consulting regarding does not need Armand or Janels participation.
They should be working.
