Dear Secretary:

I support the rule to clarify emergency planning requirements.

Because low-power testing represents no threat to public safety, I agree, off-site sirens are unnecessary.

I am concerned about New England's energy future. This region needs nuclear power and any other source that will help us become more independent. This rule is one step toward getting Seabrook on-line and, ultimately, independence.
