The purpose of this modification is to extend the period of performance expiration date from 8/4/99 to 9/30/99 at no change to estimated cost or fixed fee of the contract. Accordingly, the following change is hereby made-l
- 1. Section F.5, ' Duration of Contract Period, is revised to read as follows:
"Although the Government contemplates use of the system (s) (hardware and software) for the life of 5 years from the date of installation, the term of this contract is from 8/5/94 through 9/30/99. There are no option years remaining under this contract.
This modification does not obligate funds.
All other terms and conditions of the subject contract remain unchanged.
A summary of obligations, from the award date through the date of this modification, are provided below:
Total FY 94 NRC Obligations: $ 300,000.00 Total FY 95 NRC Obligations: $ 255,683.00 Total FY 96 Obligations: $ 282,830.00 Total FY 97 Obligations: $ 328,026.00 Total FY 98 Obligations: $ 304,969.00 Cumulative NRC Obligations: $1,471,508.00
