Secretary of the Commission ORANCW ATTN: Docketing and Service Branch U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Washington, DC 20555 To Whom It May Concern, I am writing in support of the Seabrook Nuclear Power Plant and it's Emergency Plan requirements for Low Power Licensing.

With the lack of energy we have in the New England Area I think it is critical for the future that Seabrook Station goes on line.

I think it would be of best of interest to the people in this area if Seabrook was granted their license to operate.

Sincerely, W W= - - __ - _ ch Tracy DeVlaminck 880622 PDR 0[807050318 53 16435 OS~ / O
