Dear Sirs:

I am writing to urge your approval of the Clarification of Emergency Planning Reguirements For Low Power Testing, and specifically as it relates to Seabrook Station.

My wife and I live within the ten (10) mile radius of this facility and believe it to have been constructed and tested to the highest standards available today. We have observed, from time to time, the Evacuation Plan exercises conducted by the plant and other personnel. I believe that by the time the plant is ready for full power operation, the evacuation process will be second nature. However, this should under no circumstances stop low-power testing.

As an added note, I strongly oppose those narrow minded political individuals who, through their non-cooperation with evacuation planning, will eventually put a strangle hold on our nations growth and security.

Sincerely,

t. & L ichard F. Anderson 38 Crank Road Hampton Falls, NH 8807050315 880622 PDR.
