SUMMARY
Raeann Shane and I called Mr. Stafford in response to A. Kirkwood's telephone conversation (on 6/13/99) with Powertronics to clarify the prototype testing of the above two devices. Mr. Stafford stated and confirmed that both devices passed the test series, which '
was described in the applications, as completed assemblies. Specifical!y, he stated that all tests were conducted with the ion chambers mounted on the circuit board and the circuit boards installed in the devices. The fully assembled devices were subjected to the prototype tests.
Consequently, no additionat information is needed for the device registrations and the registration certificates need not be amended.
Based on the information that Mr. Stafford provided, we conclude that the materials license to Powertronics, Inc. can be issued.
