I am writing to support the Clarification of Emergency Planning Requirements for Low Power Testing.
As a resident of New Hampshire, I am deeply concerned about the energy situation in the State as well as New England. We continue to experience significant growth each year and experience voltage reduc-tion more and more frequently.
I urge you to expedite the Licensing of Seabrook Station to provide the energy we so desperately need.
