7 CONTINUATION PAGE The purpose of this contract modification is to begin the contract closecut process by deobligating excess funds from the cost appropriation of this contract and to adjust the contract estimated cost accordingly. The contract is hereby modified as follows:
- 1. $25,023.90 is hereby deobligated from this contract as shown in block 12 of the SF 30 Contract Modification. As a result, Section B.3, Consideration and Obligation - Cost Plus Fixed Fee paragraph (c) is hereby replaced with the following:
"(c) The amcunt currently obliagted by the Government with repsect to this contract is $1,706,538.73 of which the sum of $1,551,107.64 represents the estimated reimbursable costs and $155,431.09 represents the fixed fee.
- 2. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
