Subject : Support of proposed rule on clarification of emergency planning requirements for a low-power licenese.

Dear Sir,

I would like to express my support for the proposed rule to clarify the emergency requirements for a low power license. This proposed rule is needed to end the. continuing confusion around public notification systems. Seabrook Station l

has met every safety requirement and has expended more funds for safety considerations than any regulatory commission required. It is unfortunate that politicians have been allowed to waste the consumers money on personal political campaigns, instead of supporting consumers' needs, such as supporting cheap electricity. Any and all effort you can apply to complete and finalize this rule clarification is greatly appreciated.
