Docketing and Service Branch U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Washington, DC 20555

Dear Sir,

This is to express my support for the proposed rule that would clarify the requirements for the public notification system during low power testing of nuclear power stations.

In the case of Seabrook Station, many of the individuals and organizations that are opposing this rule, insisting that all emergency planning requirements be met prior to low power testing, are the same parties that caused the dismantling of emergency sirens in the state of Massachusetts.

I urge you not to be persuaded by these irresponsible groups and apprrve the propose 4 rule.

Sincerely yours, s
