SRANth Daar Sir:

I am writing in regards to whether the full-scale public notification system need be in place for Seabrook Station to be granted it's low power testing license. 1st of all you have already determined that the risk to the public health / safety is significantly lower for low power testing as apposed to full power. I also understand that if an smargency occured durir.g low power testing that Seabrook Station has

-taken care of the notification systems in Massachussetts although the method has not been approved.

To get through the low power testing phase will be just another step towards full power and an insurance that the New England area has the energy that it will need in the near future. It seems to me if we all stopped playing these foolish political games and stuck to the task at hand that the future economy of the region would be strengthened and not weakened. Seabrook Station has the strongest containment building in the country and I feel very safe living within the 10 mile radius. I want the plant to go online and produce power like it was built for as soon as possible.

SINCERELY, Patt.ick M Seymour 8807050180 880622 PDR PR PDR 50 53FR16435 S-/d
