BRe NtA ATTN:
Docketing and Service Branch U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Washington, DC 20555 Lear Sir:
I would like to express my support for the NRC proposed clarification cf emergency planning requirements for low poner licenses. The intent is to clarify the original requirements regarding public notification prior to low-power testing.
Seabrook has a fully operational siren notification system in place in New Hampshire and has submitted an explanation on how it will compensate for the dismantlement of an operable siren system in Massachusetts.
I believe nuclear power is a reliable source of energy that we in New England need.
Seabrook is safe and ready to go.
Sincerely, n
