! Reference (a) is a Request for Am ndment that proposes two changer to our Technical i Specifications. CilANGE NO, I adds an Assistant General Supervisor - Operations

! to our organintion chart and modifies the r9quiremert for our General Supervisor - i Operations to hold a Senior Reactor Operator license. CHANGE NO 2 increases our (

4 Plant Operations and Safety Review Committee (POSRC) membership from eight to ten and j increases the POSRC quorum from four to five members.  ;

Subsequent to submitting Reference (a), we submitted and hase received approval for Amendments 131 and 11

to our Unit I and Urit 2 Technical Specifications, respectively.

J Those amendments removed our organization charts and accomplished a reorganintion. j j Consequently, the affected Technical Specifications pages attached to Reference (a) are l J no longer accurate. j Please replace pages 6-3, 6-6, and 6-7 from our Unit I and Unit 2 Technical I Specifications, submitted with Reference (a), with pages 6-la, 6-6, and 6-7, I respectively, from our Unit I and Unit 2 Technical Specifications, attached to this (
