Reference (a) is a Request for Am ndment that proposes two changer to our Technical Operations Specifications. CilANGE NO, I adds an Assistant General Supervisor i
to our organintion chart and modifies the r9quiremert for our General Supervisor i
Operations to hold a Senior Reactor Operator license. CHANGE NO 2 increases our
(
Plant Operations and Safety Review Committee (POSRC) membership from eight to ten and j
4 increases the POSRC quorum from four to five members.
i Subsequent to submitting Reference (a), we submitted and hase received approval for J
Amendments 131 and 11: to our Unit I and Urit 2 Technical Specifications, respectively.
Those amendments removed our organization charts and accomplished a reorganintion.

Consequently, the affected Technical Specifications pages attached to Reference (a) are l
J no longer accurate.
j Please replace pages 6-3, 6-6, and 6-7 from our Unit I and Unit 2 Technical I
