Gentlemen:

UR #' N "

I am a Seabrook resident and a person of few words, so I'll come right to the point.

I am in support to the Clarification of Emergency Planning Requirements for Low Power Testing.

We have a serious energy shortage in New England and the Seabrook plant's power is badly needed. The plant is built strong, safe, and equipped with unlimited safety features. It has been fueled and is ready to run so let's not have any further delays and let's get it going.

Sincerely e

Elaine A. Tarmy Elaine A. Tarmy 219 New Zealand Road Seabrook, NH 03874 l
