I support a proposed ruling to clarify the public notification requirements before issuing a low-power license to nuclear power

plants, i

I believe the delays in the licensing processing must be corrected.

This confusion over emergency planning requirements is encouraged by some politicians who are using an anti-nuclear platform to gain popularity.

It is costly to the rest of us.
