U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission PLCKElos,.. :rJ.

Washington, DC 20555 EPA t-Dear Sir; I am writting with regard to my support to the clarification of emergency planning requirements for the low power testing at Seabrook Station.

I have worked at Seabrook Station for the past nine years. The engineering design and the construction of this nuclear power facility meets the strict and necessary requirements of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission. The public's health and safety has a!-vays been and will always be the primary goal of Seabrook Station.

New England is experiencing a severe energy shortage. This area of the country is also experiencing an industrial and housing growth, but the area will not be able to continue with the demand for electricity if power growth is not matched.

Seabrook Station is ready to generate power, Seabrook Station is safe.

I believe that Seabrook Station should be licensed as soon as possible.
