Reference (a) as submitted on February 12, 1988, contains an error on page B 3/4 13 in Section 9 of the Attachment (design report). The error was overlooked on the final submittal delivsred to the Document Control Desk and not identified until February 16, 1988. Fr.

t The error is located in the third paragraph of Section 3/4.1.3 MOVABLE CONTROL ASSEMBLIES of the proposd Technical Specification replacement page. The sentence structure in the paragraph was scrambled such that it did not make sense. A replacement page is enclosed with this letter correcting the error.
