Attn: Docketing and Service Branch U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Washington, D.C. 20555 Dear Secretary of the Commission; I would like to express my support of the proposed rule Interpretation which would clarify the emergency planning requirements for a low power license. I have lived in New Hampshire nearly all my life and am concerned about my home and family. We need the power Seabrook hr; to of ter now and I feel it is a safely built safely run f acility.
I am sure your fine staff has reviewed the plant with scrutiny and have found them to be a safely built /run f acility also.
The alternatives are not really vlable alternatives. For cleaner air and environment, and for a public safety conscious energy source, nuclear power is unbeaten. Please simpilfy the process enn don't require strens for a 5% license.
Thank You Very Much, Sincerely; OY Bruce Aquizap g70 053 860621 50 53FR16435 PDR Q.S -/ 0 u
