Docketing and Service Branch U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Washington, DC 20555

Dear Sir,

I am writing to strongly support your proposed clarification to the NRC rules / regulations that would eliminate local Massachusetts politicians f rom stopping the low-power testing of nulcear power plants, particularly Seabrook Station, by refusing to do their part in it. stalling emergency sirens.

Through my recent and frequent visits to Seabrook Station, I am confident that this plant deserves to be tested to run.

It is a well built and well main-tained plant by good people.

Sincerely yours, ru 1% ItW 4 Diane M. Lamie 282B Towle Farm Road Hampton, NH 03842 8807010709 O(10622 PDR PH 50 53FRibA35 pon
