20555 w eretary of the Commission:

As a concerned citizen for safe and reliable energy for future generations of New Englanders, I feel compelled to write this letter of support for low power testing of the Seabrook generating station.

I do not support placing a requirement on the Seabrook plant to have a full-scale public notification system in place for low power testing.

Low power testing does not impose a risk to the surrounding habitants or environment and should not be delayed any longer.

I also encourage the NRC to take whatever actions necessary to ensure that Seabrook is licensed (full-power) in a timely fashion.

New England needs the power from Seabrook now!

Please accept my thanks for taking comments on this issue which is so vital to the economy and prosperity of New England!

Sincerely, 1
