Dear Mr. Brayman:
This letter confirms the upcoming Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) inspection of GENE, on July 20-21,1999, as discussed during a June 14,1999, telephone conversation between yourself and Mr. Gregory Cwalina of this office.
The inspection will review selected portions of your quality assurance program, and its implementation, as it relates to the supply of reactor vessel surveillance capsules for certain j
nuclear reactor vessels. Although this is an inspection of GENE, the inspection will be conducted at the Chicago Bridge and Iron Company, in Houston, Texas. We expect to conduct i
an entrance meeting at your offices at 8:30 am on July 20th.
