I cm writing to give my support to the Clarification of Emergency Planning-

-Requirements for-Low Power Licensing.

As a NH resident, I am concerned about the power for this area.

New England needs more power and should not be left dependent.on having to purchase oil

'from other countries.

Also, at some point there will be no oil and then where will we all be left.

Nuclear power is a reliable source of energy which New England needs.

I hope to see Seabrook "up and running" before long.
