I hope you can see your way clear to proceed with low-power testing of Seabrook in the very near future, by approving the rule making currently before you.
It is unfortunate that there are three politicians in Massachusetts that have gone all out to stop use of this plant.
Not because of their knowledge of electricity, but for political reasons.
New England needs this electricity.
