Dear Secretary:

~

Please add our names to the supporters of the proposed interpretive rule to allow low power testing without full scale public notification cystem being in place.

As a New Hampshire resident, living near the Seabrook Nuclear Power Plent, I feel comfortable with the efforts put forth by the regulatory cgencies, the State, and the utility.

Not to pass this rule would cause my f amily, my community, and my state great harm.

PLEASE DO WHAT TS RIGHT AND PASS THIS RULE!
