Dear Sir,

I have' worked at Seabrook for 6 year'; as a designer.

I am concerned about the power for this area.

New England needs more power because of all the old plants in this area.

.I believe that 5% power would not be a risk to public health and therefore, the red tape involved in the startup of this plant is getting to the point of being rediculous.

5% power on'.y takes a few days of testing and I believe the warning with sirens would only alarm the people more.

In the worse case, if there is some malfunction at 5%, there would be ample time to warn the public for evacuation and we could go to the next phase and ultimately get Seabrook on line.

Sincerely yo es,

}<
