As a former shipyard worker, working on nuclear submarines, bringing the nuclear reactors on line, there was no need then, nor is there a need now, to go through this scenario of low power testing that Seabrook is exp"riencing.

I strongly recommend that you approve of this low power testing.

New England needs this electr city, just as the navy needs it's nuclear submarines, to keep this country strong.
