DRAFT POLICY AND GUIDANCE DIRECTIVE PG 83-2, REVISION 1, SUPPLEMENT 1, " RENEWAL OF MATERIAL LICENSES" in response to your solicitation of comments on the draft policy and guidance directive
- PG 83-2, Revision 1, Supplement 1, " Renewal of Material Licenses" (PG 83-2), we suggest adding, un' der section 2.5, "Licenstes that submitted Decommissioning Funding Plans (DFPs) should have a Condition in their licenses requiring a revised DFP no later than 5 years from the license renewal approval."
