SUBJECT:

DEGRADATION OF-ICE CONDENSER CONTAINMENT FUNCTIONAL CAPABILITY The enclosed technical review report was intended to provide perspectives regarding the safety significance of the ice condenser LERs submitted by the eight nuclear plants having ice condenser containments. The report concludes that these events were of relatively minor significance but that they should continue to be monitored for outlier events and anomalous or unexpected trends.
