Dear Secretary:
My wife and I support your rule that clarifies the_recuirements new nuclear power plants must meet before low-power testing is conducted.
Do implement it end move forward.. Good God, and He is good, do move.
Seabrook in particular is ready ond waiting.
The vested money on Seabrook construction and delays is a tregedy of errorn.
Do roe thct operators are properly trained and then issue the license.
Excessive delay exhausts the funds of owners and they cannot then implement the facility.
A catch 22 situation.
Point up the ridiculous nature of naysayers end go forward!
Please.
,sCT.
Dejectedly yours, fMyjxd.$ d }<}-
