BRAIDWOOD'S MESAC I guess I could write volumes about the staff's review of MESAC, but I will be brief.
In your letter to L. Joseph callan dated July 20, 1998, concerning dynamic
-testing at Braidwood, you stated in the next-to-last paragraph that the staff previously approved the MESAC system and that the licensee's response to our request for information is voluntary. When and how did we approve MESAC7 When and how did we tell Comed that response to staff (member of the staff?)
