Under Section F - Deliverables and Performance, Subsection F.1 Duration ~
of Contract Period is revised to read as follows:
."F.1 Duration of Contract Period The period of performance for this contract shall commence on October 1, 1985 and end on September 30, 1988 with one 12-month option period."

Under Section G Subsection G.5 Consideration, the first and second sentences are revised to read as follows:
"The present estimate for performing the work under this contract is
$113,163.00. The total obligated amount is $ 94.795.00.a 4.
The following clause is hereby incorporated as Section H.3 of the contract.
"H.3 Option to Extend Period of Performance This contract may be extended for one additional 12-month period at the option of the Government by the Contracting Officer. The Contracting Officer will give preliminary written notice of an intent to exercise such option ninety (90) days prior to last day of the period of perfor-mance (such preliminary notice shall not be construed as an exercise of the option) and will not bind the Government to exercise the option.
This notice will include the Governments' estimate regarding the amount of effort required for performance under the option period. Any revision or additions to the Statement of Work will also be included in the notice.
Upon receipt of the notice of intent to exercise the option, the Contractor shall submit to the Contracting Officer, within thirty (30) days a cost estimate for the proposed extended period of performance. This cost estimate shall be prepared in the identical format as the original cost proposal.
If the Government exercises the option, the total duration of this contract, including the exercise of the option, shall not exceed forty-eight months."
