The hardness test results of Samples PIB1, PI Core, PIB5, and PIB10 Core, do not confom to the hardness requirements listed in their respective material specifications. %e rest of the hardness results do confom to those requirements.
Due to the failure of these samples, a retest was conducted on them at the request of Donald J Brosche of Northern States Power Company. D e retest results are shown below:
