E-04 COMPLETION The purpose of this memorandum is to. document closecut of MPA:
E-04, BWR Single Loop Operation.
Factors supporting this menorandum are outlined in the attached Lead Project Manager's Sumary. Report.
The MPA E-04 is being closed because the technical issue resolution was communicated to the licensees.via Generic letters 86-02 and 86-09 and multiplant tracking of requests for BWR plants Singla Loop Operation approvals is no longer needed.
The lead PM for this activity was Mohan C. Thadani and the lead technical reviewer was Laurence E. Phillips.
