Enclosed is an application for an export license received recently by the NRC for low-enriched uranium for use as fuel in the Almaraz-1 nuclear power reactor it Spain. A letter of assurance is required that the material will be subject to all of the terms and conditions of an agreentent for cooperation. Your assistance in obtaining the necessary assurance letter will be appreciated.
