20555 Gentlemen:
I am submitting this letter as a favorable comment supporting the N.R.C. proposed clarification of emergency planning requirement for low power licenses.
I consider your proposed new rule to be sensible and safe posing no tP mt to the public.
Constant delays in these plant openings is causing extreme present economic difficulty which is burdened by banks, investors and rate payers.
This in turn will cause additional serious difficulty as the population and industries grow with no additional source of power.
I am concerned that we as a country are setting up ou 3 elves and our future generations for a very acute national emergency.
I exhort you to act favorably on the proposal.
ery truly yours, f^
