l Pursuant to section 50.55(b) an extension was requested for the 3
. University of Texas construction permit (CPRR-123).
Extension of the final completion date by 4 months to April 30, 1989 was requested.
Please amend the request (letter October 17, 1988) for an extension period of 12 months to December 31, 1989. Reasons for this amended request are to assure that all license processes are likely to be completed without the necessity of any additional extension request. Basis for the extension j
are as stipulated in the original letter.
